These Terms govern your access to and use of the 09ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the 09ph website and any related mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on 09ph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with and be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the 09ph Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and 09ph.

To register and use the 09ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the 09ph Platform, in accordance with the minimum age requirements prescribed under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations for online gaming participants.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where accessing the 09ph Platform is unlawful.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 09ph, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 09ph management.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, account suspension, or gaming ban issued by 09ph or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party when using the 09ph Platform.

09ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period specified by 09ph may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 09ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your 09ph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration process, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You further agree to promptly update such information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 09ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 09ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your 09ph account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the 09ph support team immediately. 09ph reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

09ph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal holds.

All transactions on the 09ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 09ph supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: Deposits credited to your 09ph wallet are generally available for use immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 09ph does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified 09ph account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the bonus-related portion of your balance becomes withdrawable as cash.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to one (1) business day.
• 09ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard thresholds under AMLA compliance requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

09ph reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 09ph will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to respond, subject to applicable legal obligations.

09ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your 09ph account in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered across eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage from bonus offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
• 09ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited and accepted prior to the change.
• Bonus offers are generally available to Philippine-based players only and are subject to eligibility criteria that may exclude certain player groups or account types.

Players are encouraged to read the specific terms of each promotion carefully before opting in. The 09ph support team is available to clarify bonus terms upon request.

All games available on the 09ph Platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operators. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

Game outcomes on 09ph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and standard casino procedures conducted in licensed studios. 09ph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way, and all games are tested for fairness by independent testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, the affected wager will be handled in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. 09ph will not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Where a game error or technical fault results in an incorrect payout being credited to a player's account, 09ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and reverse the erroneous credit, regardless of whether the funds have been withdrawn. Players who knowingly exploit a game error or technical fault will have their accounts suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 09ph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the 09ph Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or any other applicable law.
• Colluding with other players, operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 09ph Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud by disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 09ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 09ph Platform's software or infrastructure.

09ph employs active fraud detection and monitoring systems. Players suspected of prohibited conduct will be investigated, and 09ph will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required.

All content on the 09ph Platform, including but not limited to the 09ph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software, is the intellectual property of 09ph or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 09ph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from the 09ph Platform without prior written consent from 09ph.

Game content, including game mechanics, graphics, audio, and software, is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to 09ph for display on the Platform. Any unauthorized use of game content is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 09ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 09ph Platform.

09ph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. 09ph shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

09ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 09ph account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

09ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By using the 09ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.

09ph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required for the operation of the Platform or compliance with applicable law.

09ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. As part of this commitment, 09ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after completing the 09ph Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending on the Platform.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications reminding you of your session duration to help you manage the time you spend playing.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your 09ph account for a period of your choosing, during which you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. This action is irreversible and will result in the closure of your account and forfeiture of any active bonus balances.

09ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable 09ph policy.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Underage gambling or discovery that an account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements under Section 2 of these Terms.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, 09ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of confirmed fraud or criminal conduct, to withhold real-money balances pending investigation and potential recovery action.

You may close your 09ph account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.

09ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their 09ph account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 09ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the 09ph Platform at the Terms & Conditions page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 09ph arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the 09ph support team. 09ph will endeavor to respond to and resolve any complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 09ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
